How can I make an enquiry, share feedback or make a complaint?

  • Ask someone you trust to help you share your feedback or complaint.

  • You may remain anonymous if you prefer.

What if I don’t agree with the outcome you decide?

  • Ask us to review it again.

  • We will look at your feedback a 2nd time.

  • Talk to someone outside our organistion:

  • Call the NDIS Commission at 1800 034 533. 


What happens next?

  • Listen and write down what you tell us.

  • Management will look into the problem within 2 working days.

  • Aim to fix the problem

  • Tell you the outcome or update you on our efforts to fix it in 7 work days

What if I am worried about my NDIS Provider?

  • Call the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at 1800 034 533

  • Visit the NDIS Commission website: www.ndiscommission.gov.au

  • They will look into your complaint and work to keep everyone safe
