Fully Resourced Therapy Rooms
Our therapy rooms are designed to make your workday smoother and more efficient. Each room features an ergonomic workstation and is equipped with all the therapy games and resources you’ll need. With well spaced rooms, you and your clients will be comfortable and be without limit to complete a range of activities. This setup ensures flexibility during your sessions and allows for quick, easy preparation.
Structured Supervision
We believe that quality supervision is essential, regardless of experience level. Every therapist has a scheduled 60-minute supervision session on a weekly or fortnightly basis, ensuring consistent guidance and professional reflection. These sessions follow a clear, structured agenda, helping you build skills and confidence in your practice.
Internal Staff Learning Portal
Our team-only learning portal provides easy access to essential resources, including staff policies, procedures, and internal professional development (PD) opportunities. Stay connected, informed, and empowered through this central hub.
Daily Admin & Prep Time
We value your time and understand the importance of being prepared. Each therapist has admin and prep time scheduled daily, allowing you to manage client notes and prepare for your sessions without feeling rushed.
Comprehensive Induction Program
Your first 100 days with Moving Mountains Therapy are structured for success. Our comprehensive induction program includes in-person training, online learning modules, and step-by-step checklists. This thorough approach helps you feel confident and prepared from day one.
Fulltime Administration Support
Our dedicated admin team takes care of the logistical details so you can focus on your clients. From scheduling appointments and managing invoices to claiming rebates and Medicare support, our team is here to make your day-to-day tasks more manageable.

Professional Development
